Most orders ship within 24 hours, but since we offer so many sizes and variations not all are always in stock. If what you order is not in stock, it may take an additional 3-5 days before shipping. You will be notified when your order is shipped.

Some custom ordered cables, like "Y" cables and cables with "mini" ends, may not be eligible for the lifetime guaranteee, but come with a 2 year warranty. Please feel free to inquire about the warranty on all custom ordered cables.
